We are pleased to announce that earlier this week we successfully completed the migration to ServiceNow and are now operating on our new IT support platform. The migration was completed with no downtime or disruption to our core operating hours or services. This is an exciting time for us and sees us step closer to fully integrating with our colleagues within the wider Modern Networks group.
Response IT integration with Modern Networks
Some of you have already provided feedback that the branding of the portal and notifications have been unclear and we apologise for any confusion this has caused and hope to clarify this further. As you know Response IT was acquired by Modern Networks in 2021 and we have been going through a process of gradual integration. The launch of the new system was the first step in merging some of the branding which will see Response IT align under the Modern Networks brand.

In addition to providing enhanced capabilities for our internal team the new platform also provides far greater capabilities and features for you, our customers. I am pleased to confirm that from next week we will start the process of enabling portal access for customers by allowing you to:

View open and historical cases
Request changes or new services
Tell us about new starters and leavers
Access knowledge base articles
Request assistance and much more
Regular updates and enhancements
We realise the portal is not yet fully populated and it will be receiving regular updates and enhancements over the coming months as we release new features, services and content designed to assist us in providing you with the best possible service. Please check back regularly to see the latest updates and changes.
